Technological feasibility by itself does not determine the success of an innovation. The input of government, developments in the market and interests of corporations also play a decisive role. In the coordination between these actors many reasons are found that hamper innovation. How do we reach an improved innovation system, enabling implementation of solutions like C2C faster and on a larger scale?
